In this half-day workshop, the first part is about identity. Through a rigorous values clarification process, participants identify the principles that actually drive their decisions under pressure — and translate those principles into a clear leadership intention. What kind of leader do they want to be? What does that look like in practice? The work moves from abstract values to specific, behavioural commitments that participants carry into their roles.
The second part is about emotional intelligence — the four dimensions that consistently separate good leaders from exceptional ones: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Participants assess themselves honestly, develop practical techniques to manage their reactions under pressure, and build their capacity for genuine empathy. The H.E.A.R framework gives them a structured approach to listening that transforms the quality of their conversations.
The session closes with the Johari Window — a structured process for surfacing blind spots through peer feedback. What do others see that you cannot? The answer to that question, handled well, changes how a leader shows up permanently.
Leaders who complete this program lead with greater intention, greater composure, and a sharper understanding of the impact they have on the people around them.
