These are 60 or 90 minute presentations for large audiences. They are typically conducted in person to large groups but can be adapted for a virtual audience.

André has delivered many keynote presentations on the topics below:

AMPLIFY YOUR EXECUTIVE PRESENCE   – Show Up With Confidence, Build Credibility, and Develop Influence
Many of the smartest people in organisations may be coming up short of their full potential—not because they lack intelligence or technical proficiency, but because they haven’t developed the executive presence to deliver their message with clarity, poise, and conviction.
Executive Presence is the ability to connect authentically with the hearts and minds of others in order to motivate and inspire them to achieve a desired outcome.
By attending this keynote you will:
• Deconstruct presence into four key elements
• Develop your authentic executive presence
• Understand how to sell yourself and your ideas with power and passion
• Discover how to inspire, motivate and create followership

USING STORYTELLING TO PERSUADE AND INFLUENCE OTHERS
Successful professionals bring more to the table than technical skills and intellect, or inner charisma and charm. They know how to draw people in and connect authentically with the hearts and minds of others in order to motivate and inspire them to achieve a desired outcome.
You will leave the session:
• With your eyes and mind opened to the evidence that sits behind the power of storytelling.
• Understanding the reasons why storytelling is the most important skill in today’s digital world.
• Knowing how you can build greater trust through using stories in the moment.
• Experiencing the power of storytelling in the room.
• Motivated and inspired to start using stories in your communication.

CONNECTING FOR WELLBEING: HARNESS THE POWER OF CONNECTION FOR HEALTH & SUCCESS

In recent years, neuroscientists have discovered that meaningful connection has a physiological effect on people. More specifically:

  • it reduces the blood levels of the stress hormones epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol;
  • it increases the neurotransmitter dopamine, which enhances attention and pleasure,
  • It increases serotonin, which reduces fear and worry.
  • It increases the levels of oxytocin and/or vasopressin that make us more trusting of others.

However, experiencing meaningful connection is becoming more difficult

  • Working from home/hybrid working is the new normal which means colleagues have, and are growing, more distant from each other;
  • Getting to know new colleagues who you only engage with virtually.
  • Even with the proliferation of technology and social media, there is a rise in loneliness leading to a crisis in meaningful connection, with more feeling disconnected than before.

This
CONNECTING FOR WELLBEING keynote will provide practical ways for people to navigate today's connection challenges and allow people to access the wellbeing benefits of meaningful connections. The session will use the framework of The Wizard of Oz characters, to provide the skills and strategies for meaningful connection:
